These terms describe the general rules for using the ZMorning website, ZMorning App, manager dashboard, and related subscription or workspace services.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ZMorning, including the website, ZMorning App, manager dashboard, and related services made available by ZeroSyntax d.o.o.

By accessing or using ZMorning, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. Use of the service

ZMorning is intended to help teams manage task-based time tracking, work visibility, reporting, cost review, and invoice-ready operational records. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.

2. Accounts and workspace access

Some parts of ZMorning require an account or workspace invitation. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity that occurs under their accounts, unless otherwise caused by the service itself.

Workspace owners or administrators may control access levels, assignments, and certain settings for users within their organizations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ZMorning or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. This includes, for example:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, infrastructure, or data.
  • Uploading harmful code, malicious files, or disruptive content.
  • Using the service in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or workplace policies.
  • Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform except where such activity cannot lawfully be restricted.

4. Workspace data and responsibility

Customers and workspace administrators are generally responsible for how they configure their teams, assign roles, and use tracking-related features within their workspaces. They are also responsible for making sure their use of the service fits their own legal, contractual, employment, or internal policy requirements.

5. Subscriptions, plans, and billing

Some features may be available only on paid plans. Where a subscription or paid plan applies, the customer agrees to provide accurate billing and account information. Pricing, plan scope, and billing terms may be presented separately on the pricing page or through the checkout or onboarding flow.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are generally charged for the relevant billing period and may change for future periods with appropriate notice through the website, the service, or account communications.

6. Intellectual property

ZMorning, including its software, branding, design, content, and related materials, remains the property of ZeroSyntax d.o.o. or its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of the service itself, only a limited right to use it in accordance with the applicable plan and these terms.

7. Privacy and data handling

Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains in general terms how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of ZMorning from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the service will operate without interruption at all times.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, address misuse, comply with legal obligations, investigate security issues, or respond to non-payment or serious violation of these terms. Customers may also stop using the service or close accounts subject to any active billing or contractual commitments.

10. Disclaimer

ZMorning is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. While we aim to provide a reliable and useful service, we do not make absolute guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific workflow or legal environment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect service changes, operational updates, or legal requirements. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of ZMorning after updated terms take effect means the revised terms will apply going forward.
