Plans and integrations

Choose the access your team needs and control screenshot storage

The employer's plan determines which management features and history are available. With Pro, a manager can also connect Dropbox or Google Drive and choose one provider for future screenshot uploads while retaining default storage as a fallback.

What is managed in this category?

Use Subscription to compare Free and Pro, purchase seats, and maintain renewal settings. Use Integrations to connect a supported provider, then use the manager view, shown as Client in ZMorning, on Today to choose whether it receives new screenshots.

Separate the two decisions

Plan and subscription

Choose feature access

  • Compare Free and Pro features and limits.
  • Choose monthly or yearly Pro billing.
  • Select and later update the required seat count.
  • Cancel or resume automatic renewal.

Screenshot integration

Choose future file routing

  • Connect Dropbox or Google Drive through its authorization flow.
  • Activate one connected provider from Today.
  • Return to default storage by turning the active provider off.
  • Disconnect an account when it should no longer be linked.

Know who manages the employer account

Manage plans and connections

Subscription, checkout, seat controls, Integrations, and the screenshot-storage switches on Today are manager tools for that employer account.

Use the employer's active setup

Employees cannot change the employer's plan or provider connection. Desktop screenshots follow the selected employer's active tracking and storage settings when uploaded.

Pro

Understand the Pro subscription lifecycle

  1. Choose monthly or yearly

Open Subscription, choose the preferred Pro billing period and seat count, then continue through checkout.

  2. Use active Pro access

After activation, the employer account can use the Pro features available throughout the dashboard.

  3. Maintain seats and renewal

Subscription provides controls to change the seat count, switch the billing period, cancel auto-renew, or resume it.

  4. Keep access through a cancelled period

After auto-renew is cancelled, Pro remains active until the recorded period end. The account returns to Free after that access expires.

Connect first, then activate screenshot storage

  1. Open Integrations as the manager

Use the manager view, shown as Client in ZMorning, and choose Dropbox or Google Drive. The connection option is presented as a Pro feature.

  2. Authorize the intended provider account

Complete the provider's consent flow, then return to ZMorning and verify that the correct account email appears as Connected.

  3. Open Today and enable the provider

Connecting alone does not turn on routing. Use the Screenshot storage switch on Today to activate the connected provider.

  4. Track a new desktop session

Future screenshot uploads for that employer use the active provider when available. Earlier screenshots are not moved.

Understand screenshot routing and fallback

No active provider

Use default storage

ZMorning stores new screenshot files in its default storage.

Connected provider active

Route new screenshots externally

New files are organized under a ZMorning folder structure by capture month and employee email.

Provider upload fails

Fall back to default storage

ZMorning attempts the provider first and then uses default storage when that upload fails.

Know what stopping a connection changes

Turn the Today switch off
The provider remains connected, but future screenshots return to default storage.
Disconnect the provider
ZMorning marks the connection inactive, clears its active-routing choice, and attempts to revoke access. Existing provider files are not deleted.
Pro access expires
The provider routing choice is disabled when Today loads under the Free plan, so future uploads use default storage.
Reconnect later
Complete authorization again, confirm the account, and separately enable it from Today when it should receive new screenshots.

Plans & Integrations guides

Start with the plan comparison, then follow the focused guides for subscription and screenshot-storage management.

The plan and storage setup is ready when

  • The manager understands which features require Pro.
  • The subscription period, seat count, renewal state, and access end date are correct.
  • The intended provider account is connected under the manager's employer account.
  • At most one screenshot provider is active on Today.
  • The team understands default-storage fallback and how external provider files are retained and removed.
